Delete your account and data

Use this form to request deletion of your Billy account and the personal data associated with it. Enter the email address you registered with in the Billy app so we can identify your account.

We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile details, saved goals, linked Billy devices and transaction history. Records we are legally required to retain (for example payment records kept for tax and anti-money-laundering rules) are retained for the statutory period and then deleted.
