We want you to feel confident when ordering Billy. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Billy arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
